Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds not considered unless a written request is emailed to registrar@theaestheticsociety.org by October 15, 2025 or mailed to the Aesthetic Society Central Office and postmarked by October 15, 2025. Refunds will be subject to a minimum 15% administrative fee.

No refunds issued after October 15, 2025.
