Can I change my choice of virtual or in-person attendance?
Registrations may change from in-person attendance to virtual attendance and vice versa until Thursday, March 6, 2025. Email The Aesthetic Society at registrar@theaestheticsociety.org to request the change.
Cancellation policy
Refunds not considered unless a written request is emailed to registrar@theaestheticsociety.org by Thursday, March 13, 2025, or mailed to The Aesthetic Society and postmarked by Thursday, March 13, 2025. Refunds made on or before Thursday, March 13, 2025 will be subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds after Thursday March 13, 2025.
